3.Because of the fact that the money will be paid to you through telegraphich transfer to a nominated bank account,there will be need for us to secure a highly influential resident attorney,who must be approved and acknowledged by our ministry and the payee bank.
The legal attorney whom,the bank will direct you to consult here will be to represent you and make a good presentation of yourself to the bank.He is going to endorse his signature in all the places that will require your endorsement if you cannot be able to come down here in person for this claim.He is also going to procure and submit to the bank all the needed documents of proof of claims and legalisation of the transaction.
The documents which the lawyer is going to secure from different government parasitals here will legitimatise you as the next of kin/original beneficiary of the said funds.It is also these documents that you are going to present to your bank in your country the moment the fund is released and paid into your bank account to proof the true origin and root of such fund.
4.
